Shelby County Schools Purchasing and Warehousing serves 51 schools with approximately 48,026 students. 

The objective of the Purchasing Department is to provide goods and/or services in a professional, responsive and timely manner and in accordance with Shelby County Schools Board Policy.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO VENDORS

As you may be aware, Shelby County Schools and Memphis City Schools will be consolidated to form one unified school district beginning July 1, 2013. Currently, we are in the process of updating our vendor data to gather the most accurate information. As a unified district, we will be doing business with a common pool of vendors. If you would like to be a part of unified district's common pool of vendors, please follow the instructions below to register as a vendor.

Please note: You will have to register as a new vendor with the unified district regardless of whether you are already a registered vendor with Memphis City Schools or Shelby County Schools. If you have already received a registration letter from the unified school district, disregard this notice and please follow the instructions in the letter.

Please use Internet Explorer or Safari as the web browser to access the link http://apecsvendorportal.mcsk12.net/vp/vp_ent_frm.aspx?v=new. Provide your company information as required, and then click 'Confirm.' Upon clicking 'Confirm,' you will get a confirmation message. This concludes your registration process with the unified school district. You will also be emailed a confirmation message.

The web page will be open for new vendor registrations until May 20, 2013. However, you will have the option to register as a new vendor at a later time through a separate registration process, which will be announced on the unified district's website beginning July 1, 2013. If you do not have access to a computer, Procurement Services has a computer workstation available for your use.
